The Everlasting Program

My weight loss coaching journey began after a life-long struggle with being overweight, to finally losing 75 pounds and keeping it off for the last 10 years. 

I struggled with my weight from as early as I could remember.  Finally, in my late teens, I decided to make a change. I used willpower, calorie counting and exercise to lose the 75 pounds, only to gain it all back in a matter of a few years. Life was not easy, and because of that, I relapsed back into emotional eating once again.  I kept trying all of the latest diets, supplements and fads, however none of these methods were successful. This was the point in my life when I felt the weakest.  I was determined to make a drastic and permanent change.  Through counseling, reading and education, I discovered the truth behind why people naturally fall into unhealthy and emotional eating habits.  Through this enlightening realization, I finally lost those 75 pounds again.  Most importantly, is that I began to love eating healthy meals and loving myself for who I am. 

My method to weight loss coaching does not use calorie restriction, excessive exercise or temporary willpower.  What you will learn in our customized sessions can be applied to the rest of your life in a very sustainable way.  Traditional methods of weight loss can be easily compared to holding a volleyball underwater: You cannot maintain it forever, so once you succumb to the pressure, it will pop right back up.  Through these sessions, you will not only achieve obvious external weight loss results, but also an emotional transformation that will make keeping the weight off second-nature.  You will learn how you can achieve your ideal weight by managing your thoughts, feelings and emotions that could otherwise cause urges that drive you to seek food for comfort. 

In this coaching program we will:

  •          Identify the overall causes of your desires for unhealthy food and overeating. 

  •          Recognize your food triggers and learn how to manage them.

  •          Learn how to process your food urges.

  •          Identify what true biological hunger feels like vs. emotional hunger. 

  •          Rid you of your negative self-talk once and for all.

  •          Sort-through your relationship with food and work to create a healthy one.

  •          Learn to process your emotions instead of using food to cover them.

  •          Identify and reprogram all of your ingrained negative thoughts and self-beliefs.

  •          Manage stress in healthy ways that make you feel good about yourself.

  •          Learn to love healthy foods.

  •          Understand how to enjoy calorie-rich foods without feeling bad or causing weight gain.

  •          Learn to put yourself, your happiness and your health first. 

 

I will help you change your life to make this the last time you ever need to lose weight.  I will guide you through many belief-altering life lessons in our 1-on-1 online coaching sessions to assure that you will reach and maintain your weight goals.  There is no judgment for needing help. I have been in the same situation that you are currently and empathize with your struggles.  Together, we will work to make permanent changes from the inside-out that make your addiction to overeating a thing of the past.
